How do I install PMPGenius?

Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "PMPGenius", and click "Add to Chrome". The extension will appear in your browser toolbar.

How do I analyze a question?

Open the PMPGenius side panel by clicking the extension icon. You can either paste a question directly or use the screenshot feature (Ctrl+Shift+S) to capture questions from any source.

Why isn't the screenshot feature working?

Make sure you've granted the extension permission to access the page. Some websites (like Chrome settings pages or other extensions) restrict screenshot access for security reasons.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Open the PMPGenius extension, click on your profile or settings, and select "Upgrade". You can choose from Scholar, Expert, or Master plans.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?
