PMPGenius is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered analysis of PMP exam questions. The service includes:

AI-powered question analysis and explanations
Screenshot analysis for image-based questions
Domain mapping to PMP exam content
Flashcard and study tools

3. User Accounts

To access PMPGenius, you must sign in using Google Authentication. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PMPGenius offers various subscription tiers with different usage limits:

Free: Limited daily questions
Scholar: Monthly subscription with increased limits
Expert: Monthly subscription with higher limits
Master: One-time payment for lifetime access

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
Use the service to cheat on actual certification exams
Redistribute or resell analysis results commercially

6. Intellectual Property

PMPGenius and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

PMPGenius is a study aid and does not guarantee exam success. The AI analysis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with PMI® or the PMP® certification program.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PMPGenius be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
